Land Rovers from 1958 - 2015 look very similar and share a huge number of body panels. However there’s some key mechanical differences. In particular, the transition to coil springs in 1985 brought a redesigned chassis and much improved handling. This allows us to install much more powerful EV systems.

Electric vehicles perform amazingly in stop start traffic and off road. Along with regenerative braking, comparatively excellent range is achievable. As standard, our Land Rover conversions include a 6.6kW single phase AC on board charger and a CCS2 DC fast charge socket.
